Observed facts
Saved output follows an older rule; the source can be displayed; a rerun after changing the active pack uses the newer source. The underlying cause of the original selection is not established.
Other evidence classes
Reported: supplier’s fictional 96 per cent accuracy claim, not locally validated. Assumption: source display may help checking. Unknown: applicability across the library, relevant score meaning, live permissions and update behaviour.
Next decision
Carry source identity and effective-date visibility into the diagnosis and route comparison. The session does not authorise procurement or customer-facing use.
